Frequently Asked Questions

What shipping method do you use?  Orders are shipped using USPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?  Most orders are shipped within a week of being recieved.

What forms of payment do you accept?  Orders are processed securely using Paypal.  We can accept check or money orders but orders must be placed via email (mpc@modernpopculture.com) and will be shipped when the check has cleared.

Do you accept international orders?  Yes, we will ship internationally. International orders will be accepted using Paypal. Shipping charges of $5 USD will be added to every order outside of the US and Canada. This amount will not be shown in your shopping cart, but will be added after your order is placed as a money request through Paypal.

Can I return or exchange an item if I decide I don't want it?  Items may be returned for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. In order to qualify for a return, item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in the original condition. Contact Modern Pop Culture at mpc@modernpopculture.com to obtain information needed for the return. Once the item is received your card will be credit the price minus the 10% restocking fee.

How are all of the items made and how do I contact the designer?

All of the items for sale at modernpopculture.com are made in the US and are the designs of Modern Pop Culture (unless otherwise noted). If you would like to contact the designer for interviews or press inquiries, please email nate@modernpopculture.com.
